Every part is inspected before it goes on the shelf. Normal signs of use such as marks, scuffs and scratches are expected on used components, and we photograph them rather than hide them. Review all images before ordering.

OEM parts are original factory components, not aftermarket copies. Because they came off motorcycle motorcycles, they carry the original part numbers and match factory fitment and finish.

Yes — to all 50 states, with worldwide delivery available on request. Smaller parts go by parcel carrier. Engines, frames, wheel sets and other oversized items ship by LTL freight.

Freight is different from a normal parcel. Once your item reaches the freight terminal nearest you, the carrier calls to book a delivery window — answer that call promptly, as terminals only hold shipments for a limited time.

Freight delivers Monday to Friday during business hours. Inspect the item before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork; that note is what supports a damage claim later.
